Hubject GmbH is providing it´s ready to use eRoaming Platform, and will provides its business and IT development expertise in the electro mobility landscape in all phases of the project. Hubject will specially focus on the requirements and implementation of an interroaming framework, which improve the interoperability between different eRoaming Platforms and the HyperNetwork, regulatory and international standard requirements as well the further development of the business model for electro mobility.
Hubject is also responsible for the establishment of the German Test Site as well as the final consolidation of the European Test Sites as a demonstration of the pan-European eRoaming Framework.
Hubject GmbH was founded in 2012 and traces back to the initiatives of car manufacturers BMW Group and Daimler, energy providers innogy and EnBW as well as technology companies Bosch and Siemens. The company’s eRoaming platform connects charging station operators and mobility service providers in real-time, in order to give electric vehicle drivers seamless and customer-friendly access to the charging infrastructure. Hubject doesn’t operate any charging stations itself, but enables the digital exchange of data via the “intercharge” charging network. More than 260 international companies use the Hubject B2B platform, including manufacturers of electric vehicles, energy providers, mobility service providers and telecommunications companies.
